Have questions? Schedule a conversation first.

You’re here because something has prompted you to wonder, “Are we making a mark or missing the mark?”

This question often arises when you or your leaders begin to notice these patterns:

Right answers, but a disconnect:

Your students can easily quote Scripture, but that knowledge isn’t reflected in their actions or behaviors.

Hidden influences arise:

You discern unseen attitudes shaping decisions lingering beneath the surface.

Uncertain direction:

Leadership and curriculum decisions frequently rely on assumptions, hope, and guesswork.

Graduation concerns:

You worry if students will be ready to stand firm in their faith when they face the challenges of the world.

You Don’t Have to Keep Guessing.

Here’s what becomes possible when you identify these hidden influences and close the gap between belief and behavior

You’re confident that chapel topics and Bible lessons are filling in the gaps where students need more understanding.

You have a tangible way to see what’s taking root and impacting students’ behaviors, not just what they believe.

You’re focusing your time on what your school is doing well and where growth is needed.

Your teachers are tailoring discussions, curriculum, and activities to the needs of the whole class, not just the most vocal students.

You’re sending students forward grounded in a solid, biblical foundation, ready to live out their faith with confidence.

This level of clarity is possible when you have the right lens and tool.

A worldview assessment that examines not only students’ beliefs—but also their behavior and heart orientation—is the clearest way to give school leaders the insight needed to disciple effectively, align curriculum, and build a lasting biblical worldview without relying on guesswork or assumptions.

Hi, I’m Katherine Schultz.

I HELP CHRISTIAN SCHOOL LEADERS GAIN MEASURABLE INSIGHT INTO HOW WORLDVIEW FORMATION IS SHAPING THEIR STUDENTS SO THEY CAN PREPARE STUDENTS TO STAND FIRM BEYOND GRADUATION.

For over 30 years, I’ve worked alongside Christian schools, educators, and leaders who are committed to establishing a strong biblical foundation in their students’ lives. However, over time, we began to see a concerning trend:

Students could clearly articulate biblical truths, but their actions and attitudes often didn’t reflect those beliefs.

Bible classes were strong, chapel programs were meaningful, and teachers were faithful.

And yet, there was no clear way to measure whether those efforts were reaching students’ hearts or simply informing their minds.

It became clear what was missing wasn’t passion or commitment. What was missing was a reliable way to assess not only what students believe, but how those beliefs are shaping their behaviors and heart orientation toward God.

This led to the development of the 3-D Worldview Survey.

Unlike assessments that focus only on knowledge, the 3-D Worldview Survey was designed to provide a three-dimensional picture by examining beliefs, behaviors, and heart orientation together.

The goal was not to evaluate students academically, but to give school leaders meaningful insight into how worldview formation is actually taking root in students’ lives.

The survey was created to strengthen discipleship, not replace it.

It exists to provide clarity where there has been uncertainty and help school leaders see where formation is strong, where gaps exist, and where instruction and intentional discipleship can make the greatest impact.

If you’ve found yourself wondering whether your school is truly making a mark or unintentionally missing it, this tool was built for you.

Katherine Schultz, M.Ed., Ed.D., is the creator of the 3-D Worldview Survey, LLC. She holds a Master’s in Christian Education Leadership and a Doctorate in Christian School Leadership, during which her dissertation research developed a three-dimensional framework of worldview that became the foundation for this survey tool. Her writing on worldview has been cited by over 100 authors, she has contributed to the Encyclopedia of Christian Education on the topic of worldview, and she is a frequent podcast guest and speaker on spiritual formation and worldview development within Christian schools, including ACCS and ACSI communities. Katherine currently serves as a Middle and Upper School Head at a classical Christian school in Minnesota.

WHAT IF, OVER THE NEXT SCHOOL YEAR, YOU COULD GO FROM…

  • Relying on assumptions and hope to having a clear baseline so you know exactly where to focus your Bible and worldview instruction.

  • Saying “every class is so different” to understanding what students truly know and how hidden worldview influences are shaping their hearts.

  • Thinking your school was on track—but wasn’t— to identifying gaps early so you can make intentional changes before students graduate.

This is exactly what the 3-D Worldview Survey can do for your school and your students.

WHAT IS THE SURVEY & HOW DOES IT HELP YOUR SCHOOL?

3-D Worldview Survey

A THREE-DIMENSIONAL ASSESSMENT OF BELIEFS, BEHAVIORS, AND HEART ORIENTATION

Built to Give School Leaders a Clearer Lens Into What Is Truly Taking Root

The 3-D Worldview Survey is built on a simple but often overlooked reality: knowing what students believe is only part of the picture.

Biblical worldview beliefs assessment for Christian school students

DIMENSION 1: Beliefs

Most schools already do a great job of teaching biblical truth. Students can often articulate doctrine, answer questions correctly, and explain what they’ve learned, but belief alone does not reveal whether students truly understand what they can articulate, nor does it provide a baseline for measuring growth over time. The 3-D Worldview Survey helps you gauge how much students understand and whether that understanding is consistent across the class and not just among the most vocal students.

Student behavior and worldview formation measurement tool

DIMENSION 2: Behaviors

Many leaders have recognized that students may be able to state biblical truths, yet their actions tell a different story. They often describe being surprised by hidden worldview influences or realizing that certain attitudes and behaviors had taken root without anyone noticing. By examining specific behaviors, the survey helps uncover unseen influences that may be shaping decisions beneath the surface. This allows you to identify program changes, make thoughtful tweaks, and address worldview gaps before they are discovered too late.

Heart orientation and spiritual formation assessment for Christian schools

DIMENSION 3: Heart Orientation

Perhaps the most important, and most difficult, dimension to measure is heart orientation. The survey provides insight into how beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors are aligning, giving leaders clarity about what is truly taking root before students graduate or move on to high school. Instead of relying on assumptions or hope, you gain a more realistic picture of where your students are and where to target your discipleship efforts.

Together, these three dimensions provide a clearer, three-dimensional understanding of a student's worldview, so you can lead with clear, guided insight.

Using the Survey Is Simple & Quick!

STEP 1: Share the secure survey link

You’ll receive a secure, school-specific link and access code. When you’re ready, simply share it with your students. There are no logins to manage, no tech setup to coordinate, and no training required, so it’s easy to implement without adding complexity to your staff’s workload or disrupting your school day.

STEP 2: Students complete the survey

Students take the survey on any internet-connected device, and most complete it in about 15–20 minutes. It’s appropriate for students in 6th grade and up. The process fits naturally within a class period, so your faculty isn’t sacrificing valuable instructional time.

STEP 3: Review clear, actionable reports

Each student receives an individualized report. Schools with groups of 10 or more receive both individual and group-level reports, along with a user guide to help interpret and apply the results. The reports highlight patterns across beliefs, behaviors, and heart orientation, giving you a clear starting point for identifying strengths, uncovering hidden worldview gaps, and targeting Bible and discipleship instruction where it will have the greatest impact.

Curious what the reports look like? You can view a sample report to see the level of detail and insight provided.

HOW K-12 SCHOOLS ARE USING THE SURVEY

FINALLY, A TANGIBLE MARKER FOR SPIRITUAL FORMATION…

“One of the challenges of teaching is trying to understand where the whole of your class is at. There’s usually a large number of students who sit quietly in class, and you hear more frequently from the vocal ones. There’s a lot I want to cover, and sometimes the scope of what I hope they take away can feel overwhelming given the time we actually have with them.

It’s hard to know if what you’re teaching is actually connecting from your mouth to their head to their heart.

Before I learned about the 3-D Worldview Survey, I had no reliable, tangible assessment to use. I really wanted to understand where the students were and gauge where we could highlight gaps, so I could look at ways to bring certain topics or ideas into our curriculum.

As a school, we were looking for something that would serve as a tangible marker of what they would be able to take into high school. We found our solution with the 3-D Worldview Survey.”

We use the survey as a diagnostic for students early in eighth grade, and then have them take it again just before graduation.

The initial survey helps me get a general sense of where a group stands in understanding how their beliefs connect to specific behaviors and attitudes. It offers me some viable feedback on where students are.

It’s helped me pinpoint, by grade level, the areas we can focus on or the topics that may be more relevant for one group than another. I can tailor topics or discussions to different groups and delve deeper into specific questions or ideas. The survey at the end of the year offers data about how the students are connecting worldview to real-life questions and situations, helping us gain a better understanding of what students know and how this is connecting to their hearts.

The students now have some tools in their box that they can lean into when they do have questions or when they are challenged later down the road.”

Ready to Build a Firm Foundation for the Future of Your Students?

Here’s What’s Included When Your School Implements the 3-D Worldview Survey…

Access to Your Secure, School-Specific Digital Survey Code

Every school receives its own secure survey link and unique access code. You won’t need to manage student logins and complicated tech setup is not required.

The survey can be completed on any internet connected device and typically takes 15-20 minutes for students to complete, making it easy to administer within a class period without disrupting your school day.

Materials to Prepare Staff & Students

Before you begin, you’ll receive materials designed to help you prepare your staff and students for implementation.

These resources help your staff make the survey-taking process smooth, clear, and aligned with your school’s mission and standards.

Detailed Individual Student Reports

Every student receives an individualized survey report with detailed results that directly correlate with the student’s belief, behavior, and attitude

Each report includes specific suggestions for next steps based on that student’s results, equipping school leaders and faculty to disciple students more effectively and help them grow in their relationship with Christ.

Group Reports for Groups of 10+ Students

Schools with groups of 10 or more receive an aggregated group report that highlights patterns across the three dimensions.

When used over time, these reports can show you trends, helping school leaders identify program or curriculum changes so that you achieve your mission. This report will help provide you with the clarity you need to see where you’ve been successful and where you may want to strengthen an area so that students are more firmly grounded in their faith before you send them out into the world.

Item-by-Item Group Report for Groups of 30+

For larger groups, schools receive an item-by-item report analyzing all 73 survey questions.

This allows leaders to drill down beyond overall averages and identify specific gaps they have never seen. Whether it’s a misunderstanding of the theology of the Holy Spirit or how students respond to crises in the world, this report reveals where focused attention could make a meaningful difference. You’ll gain clarity around exactly where to direct your efforts based on your school’s mission and priorities.

Comprehensive User Guide

This comprehensive guide will explain how to read and interpret each report.

It will walk you through the three dimensions, worldview parameters, and data structure so you can understand what the results are showing, how to apply them within the context of your school, and create an intentional next-step action plan.

You won’t just receive data. You’ll receive clarity about what is truly taking root in your students’ lives.

IF YOU WANT GUIDANCE ALONG THE WAY, SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE.

OPTIONAL Set-Up Zoom Call

Before you administer the survey, you can schedule a live Zoom call to walk through implementation details and ask questions specific to your school.

Most schools find the process easy and straightforward and do not need this step. However, it is available if you have questions and need a conversation to ensure everything is clear before you begin.

OPTIONAL Post-Survey Zoom Call

After reviewing your reports, you can schedule a follow-up Zoom call to discuss your results and get any questions answered.

You can use this conversation to identify where you may want to focus your efforts and to consider possible next steps for Bible instruction or discipleship for your students. Many schools simply review the reports on their own, but for those who want to process the results in more depth, support is available.

You won’t be left alone to figure out how to move forward.

GAIN INSTANT ACCESS TO RESOURCES TO HELP YOU APPLY WHAT YOU DISCOVER RIGHT AWAY

As soon as you begin the survey process, the Crosswalk Leader Hub is available to you immediately—even before your students take the survey and before the reports are generated so your team is prepared to understand and act on what the survey will reveal.

This hub gives your leaders, staff, and faculty a clear framework for interpreting the three dimensions, so your team can accurately interpret the 15 worldview parameters and understand what each individual survey item is actually measuring.

Inside the hub, you’ll find:

  • Articles explaining each dimension, parameter, and item.

  • Teaching resources connected to specific survey items.

  • Guidance for interpreting your results and determining appropriate next steps.

  • Support for shaping formation efforts uniquely aligned to your school’s mission, vision, and values.

When your reports arrive, your team will not be starting from scratch—you will already have the clarity and tools needed to interpret the data and begin making informed formation decisions.

Leadership development resources, curriculum consulting, and worldview training of this depth would typically represent a significant investment in consulting, curriculum development, and leadership training.

With the 3-D Worldview Survey, this entire Crosswalk Leader Hub is integrated into your implementation—equipping your team to move from data to disciplined formation without needing to build the process from scratch.

WE WANT TO HELP YOU TAKE IT ONE STEP FURTHER…

Once you receive your detailed reports, you’ll get the 3DWS Leader Lab. The Leader Lab is a custom-built GPT application designed to help you uniquely implement your school’s survey results.

School leaders can upload their survey reports and receive quick, practical guidance for how to interpret the data and determine what to do next—whether that is refining instruction in your Bible classes, strengthening faculty development, reporting to your board, or addressing a specific worldview gap in your curriculum and discipleship time.

Because every school, faculty, and student body is different, your Leader Lab Assistant will recommend a unique direction for your school so you can focus on areas of emphasis aligned with your mission, values, and priorities.

Custom AI tools of this nature are rarely included. With the 3-D Worldview Survey, it is. This gives you a way to immediately target areas for improvement and focus your efforts quickly.

Your students’ and staff’s time is valuable—we want to help you make the most of it!

WHY THIS SCHOOL PRINCIPAL MADE THE INVESTMENT

IT HELPED US IDENTIFY AREAS OF GROWTH…

“In Christian schools, especially where a lot of our mission statements talk about equipping students with a biblical worldview, the question becomes, ‘Are we doing that?’ How do we measure that? And, how do we see if we are making the mark, if we’re missing the mark, or where are those areas of growth?

There’s always a gnawing realization that we may not be delivering on what we say we’re committed to delivering.

We have students who can give the right answers to questions of faith, but we weren’t necessarily seeing the fruit or the pattern of lives that would correspond with it. Anybody can memorize beliefs and doctrines and regurgitate them.

We needed something that would give us a more complete picture of our students.

What stood out to me about the 3DWS was that it wasn’t just measuring what students said they believed. It really sought to measure beliefs, values, and actions. Based on my research, it’s the best holistic tool out there.

We had our 8th and 12th grade students complete the 3DWS. For 8th grade, this gave us a baseline. With our 12th graders, it gave us a picture of our soon-to-be graduates and their worldview development.

Having this data allowed us, as an administration, to have conversations about our programming and how we could make tweaks to help students grow in their biblical worldview. The data gave us something concrete to discuss and helped us identify areas for growth.

The number one concern when choosing to use a new tool is always financial. But to me, the investment’s worth it because you’re getting important and impactful data that you can use. I’ve found it quite manageable in both schools I’ve been at to work this into our curriculum budget.”

Is the 3-D Worldview Survey Right for Your School?
This is for your school if…
You want to know where you've been successful and where you have not in establishing a strong biblical foundation.
You care about more than right answers and want to see how beliefs & doctrine are connecting to students' hearts.
You want a clear baseline instead of relying on guesswork, assumptions, and hope.
You are willing to identify hidden worldview influences and make intentional curriculum or program tweaks where needed.
You want to address worldview gaps before students graduate so they enter adulthood with a firm biblical worldview.
This is not for your school if…
Measuring biblical knowledge alone feels sufficient.
You're not prepared to look honestly at what the data might reveal.
You prefer to keep things as they are, even if hidden gaps exist.
You believe passion alone is enough and don't see the need to track progress or use a measurable baseline.
You are unwilling to evaluate or strengthen your Bible and worldview instruction.
If you believe stewarding your students' hearts is just as important as educating their minds, then this is for your school.

QUESTIONS SCHOOL LEADERS OFTEN ASK

We already teach Bible class and have chapel. Why would we need this?

Bible classes and chapel are essential. The 3DWS does not replace them. Instead, it answers an important question:

Are we seeing alignment between what students profess, how they behave, and where their hearts are oriented?

Many schools have expressed that students can give the right answers, but leaders are not always sure how deeply those truths are taking root in their lives.

The 3DWS gives you a clear, baseline (sometimes referred to as a diagnostic lens) so you can move beyond assumptions and understand where students are in the formation of a biblical worldview.

We feel like we know our students well. Does this really add anything new?

You do know your students, but every teacher and discipleship leader faces the same challenge:

Some students speak often. Others remain quiet. Some comply externally while others wrestle internally.

The 3DWS gives you a whole-picture view of your group of students as a whole.

As one school leader shared, it gave them “a realistic picture of where we’re at” and helped them create realistic expectations.

Is this just another inventory on top of everything we’re already doing?

No, this is not another “add-on program.” This is a clarity tool.

If discipleship is central to your mission, isn’t it more important to know whether formation is taking root than to assume it is?

The 3DWS is typically used:

As a baseline

As a pre/post-reference point for incoming and outgoing students

A s a planning and reflection tool to identify worldview gaps and develop a curriculum plan to address them.

How is this different from other worldview surveys?

Many worldview surveys focus primarily on what students say they believe.

The 3DWS measures three dimensions:

1. Beliefs (head)

2. Behaviors (actions)

3. Heart orientation (attitudes and desire)

As one administrator noted in his research, it was the only reliable and valid instrument he encountered that sought to measure all three areas comprehensively.

All three dimensions work together to reveal whether faith is integrated in the whole student.

How does this compare to tools like DISC, Myers-Briggs, or StrengthsFinder?

Those tools assess personality, temperament, or work style. They are not competitors.
They serve an entirely different purpose than the 3DWS survey.

The 3DWS assesses worldview formation and specifically asks: How does a student’s beliefs, behaviors, and heart orientation align with biblical truth?

Is this a spiritual report card?

No. And, I’m glad you’re asking this question.

The 3DWS is not a pass/fail assessment and is not meant to measure the salvation of the student. The survey is a growth tool that is a starting point and not a final verdict. A person’s score will fluctuate over time in areas of behavior and heart orientation because spiritual growth is ongoing

What if students try to answer “the right way” to score high?

Students could attempt to answer in a way they think is “correct.” However, that does not guarantee integrity or spiritual maturity.

The 3DWS is intentionally structured to resist making the survey all about performance and right answers.

Teachers are encouraged to frame it as: “Answer honestly. This is for reflection, not grading.”

How long does it take and what technology is required?

The survey is completed online and they only need:

A device with internet access

A laptop, tablet, or mobile device

No special software is required and the time it takes to complete typically fits within a standard class period. Most students complete it within 15-20 minutes.

Teachers do not need specialized training or equipment.

Instructions are provided to administer the survey, and reports are delivered in an organized format.

What do we actually receive after students complete the survey?

You receive:

Individual student reports for your review

Group-level summary reports for your review

A Comprehensive User Guide for interpreting results

Actionable insights that you can start using right way

Immediate access to the Crosswalk Leader Resource Hub

Access to the 3DWS Leader Lab custom-built GPT

Schools use reports for:

Curriculum refinement

Chapel planning

Faculty development

Board reporting

Accreditation

Research

And, more.

All of these resources give you the ability to impact your students at every touch point in your school.

How do schools typically use the survey?

Common uses include:

8th grade baseline before high school

9th grade baseline when students start high school

12th grade snapshot before graduation

Pre/post program assessment

Strategic planning

It helps schools move from, “Are we making the mark?” to “Here’s where we are and here’s where we can grow.”

Is this worth the investment?

Yes. This is about faithfully stewarding the hearts and minds of your students well.

The deeper question is this: What is the cost of continuing to guess?

Curriculum, chapel programming, staffing, and discipleship initiatives are already investments.

The 3DWS ensures those investments are informed and intentionally guided.

It is an investment into clarity and your students’ future. And when you have clarity, it strengths the confidence of your leaders, faculty, board members, and parents.

Is this only for K–12 schools?

The primary research and application focus is on K–12 Christian schools.

However, the survey has also been used in university settings, doctoral research, academic studies, and youth programs.

If you are interested in using the survey for any of these, you are welcome to inquire about how to implement the survey in your current context by scheduling a conversation today!

Can we preview the survey before administering it to our students?

Absolutely! School leaders may request a Leader Trial of the survey. This allows you to read through each question, reflect on how the survey feels from a student’s perspective, and review how the results are presented.

After completing the Leader Trial, you will receive a follow-up email that includes sample reports, an overview of what your school would receive, and clear next steps if you’d like to move forward with the survey.

This allows you to confidently evaluate the survey before introducing it to your students.

How do we know if the survey is theologically aligned with our school’s doctrines and beliefs?

The 3-D Worldview Survey is grounded in historic, biblical Christianity and designed specifically for Christian educational settings. The survey does not replace scripture, redefine doctrine, introduce new theological categories or concepts, or promote a denominational agenda. Instead, it measures alignment between biblical beliefs, daily behaviors, and heart orientation.

It functions as a diagnostic lens and not a theological authority. You remain the theological authority within your school.

If you would like further clarity, the Leader Trial allows you to review every question personally before implementation.

How will parents respond to a worldview survey?

When framed properly, most parents appreciate knowing their school is thoughtfully measuring spiritual formation rather than assuming it. The 3DWS is reflective. It is not a spiritual report card and is designed to strengthen partnership with families, not create concern or label students.

How is student data protected and handled?

The 3-D Worldview Survey is administered through a secure, paid involve.me platform designed for professional data collection. Access to the survey system is protected by strong authentication and two-factor security.

All survey data is stored in a private, secure business environment accessible only to authorized persons. No third parties have access to identifiable student data.

Schools determine the level of student identification collected. Students may be identified by name, by school-issued unique identifier, or by another method chosen by the school. Raw data is never sold, shared, or distributed outside of your school.

Once surveys are completed, your school receives individual and group reports directly. These reports are delivered securely and are intended solely for your internal leadership and discipleship use.

As a current Christian school leader, Katherine understands and operates with strong FERPA awareness and handles all student information with appropriate educational confidentiality and care.

If your school has specific privacy or compliance requirements, you are welcome to schedule a conversation before implementation to ensure your questions are fully addressed.

YOUR—CLARITY & SUPPORT—COMMITMENT

The 3-D Worldview Survey is the only assessment designed to measure beliefs, behaviors, and heart orientation, providing your school with a three-dimensional view of what is truly taking root in your students’ lives.

Before implementation, you have the opportunity to review the survey questions through the Leader Trial and examine sample reports so you know exactly what your school will receive.

After your reports are delivered, you will not be left to interpret the results alone. If you need additional clarity, you may schedule a personal follow-up conversation to walk through your data, identify patterns, and determine practical next steps aligned with your school’s mission.

This survey was created to equip leaders — not to leave them with unanswered questions.

Rob Lindemann, Ed.D., Chief Academic Officer at Vanguard College in Edmonton, Alberta

THE 3DWS IS USED & TRUSTED IN UNIVERSITY CLASSROOMS…

THE MOST UNIQUE INSTRUMENT I’VE SEEN YET!

“I became aware of the 3DWS when I was doing my doctoral dissertation and discovered that this survey is the most unique instrument I’ve seen yet. Frankly, it’s one of the best ones out there for really measuring someone’s worldview. It just has a sense of rigor to it and is very far-reaching in terms of the topics it covers.

I use the survey in my Worldviews and Contemporary Culture course. I have around 50 students every year that go through it. They take the survey, look at the reports, and then write a reflection paper on what they learned about how they think their worldview was formed, and what they’re going to do next to continue to develop a biblical worldview. It’s become a way to gauge the political, social, and cultural influences in their lives in a holistic way.

The 3DWS is unique in that it’s really just looking at what’s inside you. It’s helped my students recognize the hidden forces that have shaped their worldview and what they must do to become more mature in their faith so that they live a life that is worthy of the Lord and please Him in every way.

You won’t find another tool out there that is as engaging, comprehensive, and well worth your time. I’ve been able to have a much deeper relationship with my students and engage with them one-on-one—which is one of its greatest benefits.”

What Students in Higher Education Discovered...

Reflections From University Students Who Completed the 3DWS

“Before completing the 3DWS survey I thought I held an overall biblical worldview but was unconscious of the other worldviews that shaped my beliefs and behaviors. I was unaware of the subtle worldview messages that I encountered daily from sources such as my workplace, social media, and my family and friends.” – Marissa T.

“I am so glad that I was able to see some of the worldviews that were slowly making their way into my thoughts and ways of thinking. Through this survey I could see that as Christians the world is quickly moving away from Biblical Christianity and if we are not grounded in our knowledge of God’s truth, the world has no problem in sharing their truths that can influence us if we are not careful, if we do not know the heart and mind of God.” Anonymous student

“Before taking the 3DWS I assumed my worldview would point back to biblical Christianity in all aspects, yet I was wrong. Various worldviews had crept into my biblical Christianity without my knowledge. This survey has provided me with practical steps to engage in social issues and stay on the path of biblical Christianity in the midst of hidden worldviews.” – Anonymous student

“I became aware of gaps within my Christian worldview where external influences have affected my thinking. By splitting the outworking of a worldview into three distinct categories, it became easier to classify and diagnose the gaps within my worldview.” – Josh G.

“The 3DWS provided me with a clear foundation for being more deliberate in my discipleship journey. I appreciate the insights it offered and the chance to align myself more closely with God's truth, not solely in my feelings or actions, but in my beliefs as a whole.” – David

“This survey helped me recognize the areas where I put my faith on autopilot and has challenged me to pursue a more holistic and authentic integration of my faith into all areas of my life.” – Joelle

If university students are discovering hidden worldviews that have already taken root, how much earlier should we be helping students identify and correct those influences?

A Final Word As You Consider Your Next Step…

I know what it’s like to look at a group of students and wonder:

Are we truly reaching their hearts… or are we only informing their minds?

You pour time, prayer, energy, and budget into Bible classes, chapel, curriculum, and discipleship programs. Yet, you see that the pattern of their lives does not match what they say they believe and you're clueless as to what to do next.

Until now, there hasn’t been a reliable way to measure beliefs, behaviors, and heart orientation together in one place.

Measuring these matters.

Stewarding your students' hearts involves knowing what is taking root, adding what is missing to foster growth, and intentionally removing what doesn’t belong.

Imagine identifying a worldview gap early, before students graduate.

Imagine making intentional tweaks now that strengthen the formation of their minds and hearts, rather than discovering hidden influences too late.

Let’s get to them before they enter college and their worldview is challenged and turned upside down.

So let me directly ask you: What is the cost of continuing to guess?

If you wait another year relying only on assumptions and hope, where will your school be? And what opportunities to strengthen your students might pass by?

The 3-D Worldview Survey was not created to only evaluate students.

It was created to equip leaders to faithfully steward both the minds and hearts entrusted to your care.

You don’t have to add another program or overhaul your curriculum.

You simply need clarity and a clear action plan.

If you believe stewarding your students’ hearts is just as important as educating their minds, then this is your next step.

With you in discipleship,

Katherine
