What Is the 3-D Worldview Survey?

The 3-D Worldview Survey gives you a clear, biblically grounded snapshot of your worldview—across beliefs (what you affirm), behaviors (how you live), and attitudes (what shapes your heart). Designed for Christian students (middle school and up) and adults alike, it’s a powerful tool for reflection and growth.

Here’s What You’ll Receive

Survey Access & Support

A unique link and access code for your school to administer the full 3-D Worldview Survey (completed online in ~20 minutes)
Optional onboarding call before your survey begins to walk through logistics or answer questions
Optional parent email template to share with school families before survey time
Support before, during, and after your survey window (surveys typically stay open for two weeks, but we can adjust to fit your schedule)
Resources for follow-up discussion while you await your results

Results & Reporting

Reports delivered approximately two weeks after your survey window closes
Individual report for each student showing results across all 3 dimensions
A concise User Guide PDF to help you interpret and apply the results
Group report (for groups of 10+), including:
- Summary of composite and subscale scores
